    great stay but some improvements needed

    The animation team was excellent. They were heartfelt and dedicated, especially Recep and Furkan, who created a fun atmosphere. The staff in the main restaurant were also very friendly. I enjoyed the beautiful city view.

    The hotel, while cozy, lacked some luxury finishes.

    Relaxing, rejuvenating, refreshing

    The spacious Standard Double Room had pristine décor and those crisp bed sheets were a dream to sleep in! I loved the Turkish hamam experience, immersing myself in the traditional steam bath-pure bliss! Plus, the diverse breakfast buffet included everything from fresh fruits to delicious pastries.

    The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. We loved having access to two outdoor pools with a fun atmosphere for our family. The private blue flag beach was a fantastic bonus.

    The vibrant atmosphere and hardworking staff, especially with the lush gardens and well-maintained pools where my kids felt safe playing. The dining experience was diverse, with an very nice array of international dishes, particularly the fresh-cracked eggs during breakfast. On the downside, the limited variety of non-alcoholic drinks was disappointing, and the kids' pool lacked engaging slides, which would have enhanced their enjoyment. Communication with some staff members also posed a challenge due to language barriers.
